Friends, when it comes to protecting your engine, choosing the right synthetic motor oil can be a difficult decision for all of us—especially when premium synthetic oils can cost significantly more than their competitors. AMSOIL synthetic motor oils have built a reputation around extended oil-change intervals, advanced engine protection, and high-performance synthetic formulations, but does the real-world and laboratory data support those claims?
In this Youtube video, “Is AMSOIL Really the Best? We Put It To The Test!”, we take a closer look at independent laboratory testing, industry-standard ASTM procedures, and real-world engine results to see how AMSOIL motor oil compares with popular synthetic oils such as Mobil 1, Royal Purple, Pennzoil Platinum, and Valvoline. Rather than relying on advertising claims or personal opinions, this video examines the test results—including wear protection, turbocharger protection, oxidation resistance, viscosity stability, deposit control, and cold-weather performance—to help answer a simple question: Is AMSOIL worth the premium price?
